Ronda connects two adults at random for a video call. These are the rules for being here. They apply to everyone, on every call, in every country.

You must be 18 or over

No exceptions and no arguments. If you are under 18, leave. If you believe someone you are talking to is under 18, end the call and report them immediately. Do not continue the call to gather evidence.

Anyone found to be under 18 is removed permanently. Anyone who knowingly continues a call with a minor is removed permanently, and we report to law enforcement.

Adult content is allowed, between two adults who both want it

Ronda is an adult platform. Nudity and sexual content between consenting adults on a one-to-one call are permitted.

Consent is the whole rule. The other person did not consent by pressing Start chatting. They consent by saying so, and they can stop consenting at any moment. If someone asks you to stop, or looks uncomfortable, or presses Next — that is the end of it.

Do not open a call already explicit. The person who appears in front of you did not choose you and has no idea what they are about to see. Start a call the way you would start any conversation with a stranger, and find out what they want before anything else happens. Being explicit in the first seconds is not consent given quickly; it is consent skipped.

If you would rather not be dropped straight into the next call, because you need a moment between strangers, press Wait for me between calls during the call, next to the support and report buttons. Nobody should be put in front of somebody new before they are ready.

Never, on any call

Anyone under 18, on camera or in the conversation. Including content, images or references involving minors.
Recording, screenshotting or streaming a call, or saving any part of it. Ronda does not record calls and neither may you.
Sharing anything from a call anywhere else, ever, for any reason.
Threats or blackmail. Threatening to share images or expose someone unless they pay, perform, or do anything at all. This is a crime and we report it.
Anyone else in frame who has not agreed to be on the call.
Someone asleep, unconscious, or too impaired to consent.
Harassment, slurs or hate directed at anyone for who they are.
Violence, self-harm, weapons or drugs shown on camera.
Pretending to be someone else, or using anyone else’s photos.
Pre-recorded video, loops, virtual cameras or bots. The person on screen must be you, live, right now.
Advertising, links, spam, or promoting anything.
Giving, lending, renting or selling your account. An account belongs to the one verified person who opened it. Handing it to somebody else puts an unverified stranger in front of people who were promised otherwise, and it ends both accounts permanently.

Keep it on Ronda

Do not ask for or give out phone numbers, social media handles, messaging apps, emails, or any other way to continue elsewhere. Do not ask anyone to pay you outside Ronda, or offer to be paid outside Ronda.

If you want to talk to someone again, add them a minute into the call and they stay on your friends list. That is what it is for. Soliciting someone off Ronda — especially in exchange for money — is grounds for permanent removal and forfeiture of anything you have earned.

If you are being paid

Men buy minutes and spend them on calls. Women are paid for the time they spend on those calls. If you are being paid:

You must be verified before you can be matched or paid. That is a real identity check, not a form.
Be present on the call. Someone paying by the minute for an empty chair will charge it back, and they will be right to.
Be at your camera while you are showing as available. Available means reachable now. If you are going to be away, switch yourself offline rather than leaving somebody paying to look at an empty room.
Answer people. You do not have to like a call and you can end it whenever you want, but ignoring somebody while their balance runs down is taking their money for nothing.
The person on camera must be you. Not a friend, not a recording, not someone else’s account.
You are never obliged to do anything you do not want to do. Press Next. You will still be paid for the time you were there.

Reporting

Every call has a report button. Use it. Reports go to a human, and reports about a minor or about non-consensual content are looked at first, ahead of everything else.

You can also end a call and block someone at any time, for any reason, without explaining. Turn down the same person twice and they stop seeing you at all.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Report to us afterwards.

What happens when someone breaks a rule

Depending on what happened, we may warn, suspend, or permanently remove an account. We may also freeze a balance while we look into something.

Immediate permanent removal, with no warning: anything involving a minor, recording or sharing a call, threats or blackmail, non-consensual content, or fraud.

What happens to money in a removed account is set out in the terms of service. In short: if you were removed for fraud, for being underage, or for non-consensual content, it is forfeited. Otherwise you are paid what you are owed and the account closes.

Appeals

If you think a decision was wrong, reply to the email telling you about it. A person will read it. Decisions about minors and non-consensual content are not appealable.
