Contact us

There is a person behind every address on this page. Pick whichever one fits and we will read it — if you pick the wrong one we will pass it along rather than send you back here.

If someone is in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first. We are not an emergency service and we cannot reach anyone faster than the police can. Once they are involved, tell us as well — write to safety@ronda.live and say that emergency services have been contacted, and we will preserve what we hold and act on our side.

Reporting someone, or something you saw

Use the report form. You do not need an account and you do not need to have been on the call — if you have seen something from Ronda somewhere else, that counts and we want to know.

Reports about anyone who may be under 18, or about images or recordings of a person shared without their consent, go straight to the front of the queue and are looked at the same day. You can also write directly to safety@ronda.live.

Your account, payments and payouts

support@ronda.live — minutes that did not arrive, a payout that has not landed, a charge you do not recognise, or anything that is simply not working. Tell us the username on the account and roughly when it happened, and we will get to it faster.

There is also a support button inside the site, on every page, which answers the common questions immediately and hands you over to us by email when the question needs a person.

We reply to support email within two business days. If you have not heard back by then, send it again rather than assuming it arrived — a reply that got lost looks exactly like a reply that was never written.

Your personal data

privacy@ronda.live — for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, deletion, or any other right described in our privacy policy. We answer these within 30 days.

You do not have to email us to delete your account. You can do it yourself from your profile page, and it takes effect straight away.

Copyright, law enforcement and other legal requests

legal@ronda.live — copyright complaints, requests from law enforcement, preservation requests, and formal notices.

For a copyright complaint, tell us what the material is, where on Ronda you saw it, why you hold the rights to it, and how to reach you. For a law enforcement request, please send it on official letterhead from an official address, and say clearly what you are asking for and under what authority.

Who you are writing to

[COMPANY NAME — to be filled in once incorporated], a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. Our registered address is published here once incorporation is complete.

We do not have a phone line. Everything above is answered in writing, which also means you keep a record of what we told you.
