$25 an hour of call time, paid by the minute. You keep 100% of tips — we take nothing from them. You decide when you are available and you can end any call, at any moment, for any reason.

What it pays

• $25 per hour of call time, counted by the minute, so a nine-minute call pays for nine minutes.
• Tips are yours in full. If he sends $10, you receive $10. Most platforms take half of that.
• You are paid for the time you were there even if he ends the call early.

You are not paid for waiting, only for connected calls. We would rather say that plainly than have you work it out later.

What you actually have to do

Be at your camera while you show yourself as available, and answer the person paying to talk to you. That is the whole obligation.

You are never obliged to do anything you do not want to do. Nudity is allowed between two adults who both want it, and it is entirely your choice — plenty of calls here are conversation and nothing else. Press Next whenever you like. You keep what you earned for the time you were there.

Verification, and why it is not optional

Before your first call you send a government identity document and a photograph of you holding it. A person reviews it, usually within a day.

It is the same check that keeps anyone under 18 off the platform, which is why there is no way around it. Your documents go into private storage that nobody can open from the website — not other users, not you afterwards. Only our reviewers, through a link that expires in sixty seconds.

Things built for you rather than for him

• Appear offline and you genuinely vanish — not greyed out, not “away”. Nobody can see you or call you.
• Turn somebody down twice and you stop existing for them, with no confrontation and nothing for them to notice.
• Block works both ways and silently. They are never told.
• A shield button stops you being handed to somebody new the second a call ends, so you are never put in front of a stranger before you are ready.
• Nothing is recorded. Not by us, and not by him — recording or screenshotting you ends his account, and it is the report we act on fastest.
• He never learns where you live. Every call is relayed through a server, so your address is never shared with him.

Getting your money out

Earnings build up in your balance and you withdraw them to your own account. You add your payout details yourself, and nobody else on Ronda can see them — that is enforced by the database, not by a setting.

What we ask

One account per person, used only by you. No contact details exchanged and no payment arranged off Ronda — both end accounts, and both are how people get scammed. The rest is in the community guidelines, which are short.

Sign up, choose the earning side, send your document, and you can take calls as soon as it is approved. You need a camera, a browser, and somewhere you are comfortable.
